How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Can I trust you?

Absolutely, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Our online shop is constantly monitored, so we would not be able to continue our services if we had a high rate of dissatisfied customers.

How do we keep your Personal Information secure?

My package has not arrived, is this normal?

Due to the high demand on our products, the delivery time is estimed between 2 to 5 weeks maximum, although it’s generally much faster.

Items are missing from my original order, why?

We have many suppliers, and each one takes care of a specific product. When ordering more than 1 product they will all arrive in different packages, and at different times (some will be faster, others slower). If you order more than 1 of the same product, then it will be in the same package.

Why is delivery so long?

Our goods are located abroad, which allows us to offer you the items at very competitive, and discounted rates.

My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

If the item arrives broken, please send it back and we will issue a refund.

Can I contact you by phone?

To answer you quickly, we don’t take a call on the phone. Treat e-mail takes us a few seconds or minutes, while a call lasts on average several minutes. To avoid telephone charges and offer you the lowest prices, we only respond by e-mail. Know that we don’t ignore anyone and respond quickly. If you have doubts, do a test yourself.
